During my graduation, I founded TeXeL Consulting Engineers Pvt Ltd and began my career as a design engineer post-graduation in 2012. Over the past 14 years, I have specialized in designing and proof checking a variety of structures, such as steel structures (including high masts, towers, sheds, canopies, FOBS, buildings etc.) and RCC structures (including high-rise buildings, culverts, minor bridges, water tanks, storm water management system etc.), within the organization.

Shailender Pal Singh, a seasoned structural engineer with over 12 years of experience, has recently assumed the role of director at TeXeL Group. Throughout his career, he has successfully overseen the completion of over 500 projects across diverse sectors such as high-rise commercials, industrial, and institutional domains. Prior to joining TeXeL Group, he held positions at several esteemed companies, showcasing his expertise and proficiency in the field.
